Why Knot? Stress and overwork are stored in our bodies and cause muscle aches and pains. Massage can not only help with tight muscles, it will boost immunity, release stress, improve your flexibility and fend off headaches. The improved balance and increased circulation that are achieved through massage can also have a dramatic effect on mood, anxiety and insomnia.

Active Rest Chiropractic offers therapeutic massage. Massage can help your muscles and your nervous system communicate more effectively. Using massage to reduce inflammation and allowing your muscles to move more freely, helps your muscles communicate more effectively with your nervous system.

Relaxing the muscle, allows chiropractic to work more effectively. Joints realign more easily and heal more quickly. Regular massage combined with chiropractic is a recipe for wellness that will work together to prevent your pain from returning.
