Why Knot? Stress and overwork are stored in our bodies and cause muscle aches and pains. Massage can not only help with tight muscles, it boost immunity, is a painkiller, releases stress, improves your flexibility and fends off headaches. The improved balance and increased circulation that are achieved through massage can also have a dramatic effect on mood, helps anxiety and insomnia.

Active Rest Chiropractics offers therapeutic massage. Massage can help your muscles and your nervous system communicate more effectively. Using massage to reduce inflammation and allowing your muscles to move more freely, helps your muscles communicate more effectively with your nervous system.

Relaxing the muscle, allows chiropractics to work more effectively. Joints realign more easily and heal more quickly. Regular massage, combined with chiropractics is a recipe for wellness that will work together to prevent your pain from returning.
